Although I was pretty engrossed in all 3, I would highly recommend The Butler and Fruitvale Station…Fruitvale probably being one of the saddest movies (and stories) I’ve ever come across. Michael B. Jordan plays the lead in Fruitvale (Wallace from ‘The Wire’). Funny enough, the wife and I happened to be in and around the Fruitvale area on the same day we watched the movie (we were checking out open houses…). Quite the depressing story.
